Weather transport je služba serveru Jabbim, která umožnuje mít přehled o počasí ve vašem XMPP/Jabber klientu. To je zobrazováno jako zpráva o stavu daného kontaktu (status message, presence). Zdrojem dat je weather.yahoo.com.

Použití
* V současné době je weather.netlab.cz mimo provoz a weather.jabbim.com je ve fázi beta testování
- Na serveru Jabbim stačí do rosteru přidat kontakt ve tvaru kod@weather.jabbim.com
- Posláním zprávy s číslem 1-9 lze získat předpověd počasí na příslušný počet dní.
Průvodce
Nejjednodušší je použít průvodce. Najdete jej v seznamu služeb pod názvem Předpověď počasí. Pokud Váš klient nenabízí zobrazení přívětivého názvu, uvidíte alespoň weather.jabbim.com. Umožní Vám přidat požadovanou předpověď počasí bez zjišťování kódu.

Každý region obsahuje seznam států. Např u regionu Europe to jsou: Albania, Andorra, Ascension Island, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia Former, Yugoslav Republic of, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine.
Po kliknutí na England se objeví seznam krajů. Po výběru kraje se objeví seznam měst. Po kliknutí na odkaz města se objeví stránka s počasím pro dané město. Samotný kód však není na stránce vidět (nevím proč) ale je vidět v adresbaru prohlížeče. Pro Londýn je webová adresa http://weather.yahoo.com/forecast/UKXX0085.html, kód je ta část mezi posledním / a .html tedy UKXX0085. Konečná adresa pro jabber je UKXX0085@weather.jabbim.com.
Kódy lokalit
Pro jednodušší použití počasí rozeznává aliasy anglické i lokalizované, ovšem klient musí podporovat XEP-0100: Gateway Interaction http://www.xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0100.html.
