hurry say it when he put me on the medication he told me to take half a pill for week and then at it shoot the full pill for you know the rest of the time however long I'm on it and well it had already been a week in like two days since I started taking the Center maim and I figured you know will let me try fulfill me see how it now I react to it so I turkey a.m. normally when I would wake up and take my like the my routine is as I'm awake a okay’s downstairs and I'll get dressed to go out Moran but before I do I'll take I would take have you know have to venture main and bring down a glass of water a and sit for about half an hour and I go out reading tonight with the pill has time the breakdown or whatever well that morning Monday morning I actually take the whole venture main didn't drink as much water as I normally do in fact that anyone drink half a glass like I just drink enough water just to get the pill down I'm and then only waited like 15 or 20 minutes and then went out running so I think that what it was that am it was just my body reacting to the medicine because I you know I don't think I drink enough water I took a full pill again today and yesterday I took a half pill because there’s two never is about to happen again but today I took a whole pill and drink lot hot but water on Safer Colon while I was waiting to go reading and instead of sitting for half an hour in at seven for like an our China get myself motivated to go-around XO am yeah I just we got my shoes on and got out the door and what did it now I’m glad I did it cut and talk myself out.
