I quite often at hair extensions to my had to give it more body is it bad my hat will have a bad effect long-term maybe short term great the trouble is makes the hair looks so good initially that you know really wants is to take them out but yes then if you do you know who saw me with the man you know if you go see family or friends you and you don't have the men anymore are they noticing my hair loss even more now so I do totally understand why you’d want to use extensions or have them put in but I think in the long term that cause lot of breakage they can sometimes cause a little bethel pulling my hair out as well so maybe if you start off with them then cut down numbers slowly a and then maybe as your head is getting better naturally with maybe some treatments or something that then you can face them out we actually know yeah
