this Idol with my fun um you guys know just for an example hash browns are home fries hash browns home fries home fries of residents shouted things right okays I making said I'm making home fries with potatoes I'll make it with sweet potatoes and key I started doing that he actually like that he I thought it was today does whatever it still you know this is a for a diet cut like fried stuff I'm just give you guys an example that no-one's I was making out with the680 that he liked it I started throwing and some carrots Cleanse Ultimo shredded in their mixed in with sweet potatoes fried up they go you have to have a sneaking inhere and trick yourself because that's the only way that you can get some vegetables in your system or whatever the case and his then do it so why it makes it in with something else chop some %uh broccoli and peppers and sauté it and mix it into an omelet that he's really good and you know you're getting your festivals in there so I just some ideas I'm squeaks and stuff like that again I just cut back on that I didn't have like cookies and milk every single day %uh if I was feeling for something sweetie which I have honey nut cheerios and some low-fat milk instead because it's like a snack it's sweet still satisfy that craving by its not like a piece of cake um if not if I wanted something talk to you something out have some chocolate milk with low-fat milk.
